After some hardware failure on the part of Blizzard which prematurely ended our Gruul's Lair raid we decided to head on over to SSC. The goal was to just test the trash pulls and see how well we could do. However, we ended up accomplishing alot more getting two epic patterns and our first Nether Vortex.
We later discovered Kyt (a founder of the guild JUICE) was the culprit responsible for crashing the server and ending our raid and he offered to join us in SSC as he was bored. Armed with his knowledge of the zone we were able to push through the various trash pulls all the way to The Lurker Below. Although we ran out of time before getting too many attempts on him we all had alot of fun and are pretty confident with a bit of practice on our execution we will add Lurker to our growing list of kills.
Again a special thanks goes out to Kyt for crashing the server and making this SSC possible! Please don't do it again!!
